Copenhagen: My First European Adventure

Welcome to the first of many in my Freddsters Travel Guide series. I finally made it to Europe last summer and what better place to kick things off than the amazing city of Copenhagen? This trip marks my very first time across the Atlantic, and I couldn’t wait to dive into the winding streets, vibrant culture, and of course, the food! Whether you’re planning your own trip or just here for the vicarious adventure, I’m so excited to share some of my faves. Here are my top ten activities and food spots if Denmark is on your bucket list.

1. Nyhavn Waterfront – This is the famous 17th-century waterfront, canal, and entertainment district in Copenhagen, Denmark. You’d recognize it from movies and photos, it’s beautiful. It was incredible to spend time there in real life. It honestly felt like a movie set, it was so surreal.
