I don’t really go to Starbucks, unless I am on a cruise ship(because its included in the drink package) or when I am traveling and can only get coffee from the airport Starbucks. Aside from that, I probably haven’t stepped foot into a physical Starbucks(or gone through their drive thru) easily since before covid.

That being said, there is always ONE thing I crave from them and that is their Spinach & Feta Egg White Wrap. It’s delicious and I always would ask for it extra toasted. It is the only reason I ever considered walking back into one of their locations, to order one of these. So the only way to fix that craving was to make these wraps at home myself and I am so glad I did because legit they were a million times better, bigger and tastier than anything Starbucks could ever make.

It’s a fairly simple recipe with two main components, the sun-dried tomato cream cheese spread and the spinach & feta egg omelette. The hardest part to me was probably figuring out how I was going to wrap it, but it worked out super well.

It starts with the Sun-dried Tomato Cream Cheese Spread, which honestly will work great on so many things.

Then we make the omelette It may still look a little underdone here, but keep in mind that it will cook again when we toast up the wraps.

To assemble, start with the lavash wraps, they essentially look like a giant square flour tortilla. I got mine from Costco.

Spread out the cream cheese through the middle.

Top it off with the eggs.

And obviously more feta cheese.

Wrap it up!

Toast it up.

And enjoy!

Now, let’s make it!

Spinach & Feta Egg Wraps

Makes 4 Large Wraps (You can easily cut them in half once wrapped to make 8)

or use a smaller wrap or even flour tortillas to make them smaller
